Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Intern to provide basic technical support, user assistance, and equipment configuration. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support for hardware and software incidents 2. Basic technical support for computers, printers, and networks 3. Equipment installation and configuration **WE ARE SEEKING: SYSTEMS INTERN.** **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Repair, or related field. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in the final semesters of the program or recently graduated. * Availability for 4 hours daily **(AFTERNOONS ONLY)**. * Must maintain an active affiliation with the educational institution. * Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and Windows operating systems. **Responsibilities:** * User support for hardware and software incidents. * Basic technical support for computers, printers, and networks. * Equipment installation and configuration. * Support ticket registration and tracking. **We Offer:** * Discounted cafeteria service. * Timely payments. * Social service or professional practice certification.
