The role is responsible for managing technological infrastructure, Level 1 (L1) support, information security, and continuous improvement of technological processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to end users (computers, networks, printers, and mobile devices). * Deliver L1 support for enterprise systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and servers. * Administer and monitor networks and servers. * Manage control and inventory of technological equipment. * Configure and prepare equipment for new hires. * Administer collaboration tools (Office 365 and Google Workspace). * Implement information security policies and backup procedures. * Prepare departmental reports and metrics. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in technical support or systems administration. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking, protocols, and structured cabling. * Experience with Office 365 / Google Workspace tools. * Intermediate English proficiency (B1). **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and user-focused service. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Growth and learning opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
