Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (internships accepted). * Knowledge of networking, technical support, and operating systems. * Database management skills. * Knowledge of computer equipment maintenance. * Programming knowledge is desirable.
