Description and details of responsibilities * Manage technological infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of information systems. * Implement innovative technological solutions to improve efficiency in serving insured individuals. * Supervise the IT team and coordinate software and hardware upgrade projects. * Ensure data integrity and security, complying with applicable regulations and data protection standards. * Implement cybersecurity policies for system assessment and audit execution. * **Additional technical skills (if relevant):** * Server administration expertise (Windows/Linux). * Experience in database management (SQL, Oracle). * Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) or proficiency with information security tools. * **Interpersonal or managerial skills:** * Leadership and team management capability. * Communication skills to coordinate with medical and administrative teams. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure.
