* Strategic-minded professional with deep technical expertise. * Expert in networking, security, VoIP, hardware, and infrastructure administration. * Capable of maintaining full operational continuity without supervision. * Makes decisions under pressure and proactively anticipates risks. * Designs, administers, and optimizes network infrastructure: LAN/WAN/VLAN, firewalls, VPN, QoS, and load balancing. * Advanced configuration of routers, managed switches, access points, and perimeter security devices. * Comprehensive management of VoIP telephony systems (servers, SIP trunks, QoS, call recording, extensions, softphones). * Monitoring, maintenance, and escalation of physical/virtual servers. * Management of cybersecurity policies, backups, antivirus, access controls, system hardening, and compliance. * Administration of CCTV and video surveillance systems using high-availability protocols. * Preventive/corrective maintenance of laptops, PCs, peripherals, and operational tools. * Implementation of improvements, automation, and documentation of technical processes. * On-site support for critical incidents, including Level 3 diagnostic capabilities. * Direct coordination with internet, telephony, and cloud service providers. * Technical leadership for the support team and guidance for key users. * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * **3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience** in IT infrastructure administration and senior-level support. * Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, STP, RADIUS, VPN. * Routers, managed switches, firewalls, UTM appliances. * VoIP telephony (Asterisk, Issabel, 3CX, or similar). * Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware). * Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or similar). * Professional CCTV systems (NVR, PoE, remote configurations). * Experience in 24/7 operational environments with high user volumes. * Ability to document, lead, and execute technology projects.
