We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team in Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico. **Job Requirements** * Must be over 26 years old * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (Graduated or Intern) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge of coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for computer equipment, tracking support tickets, operating system updates, among others. * Knowledge of cybersecurity. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure the proper functioning of administrative systems, production reporting for computer and printing equipment, internal network, and various services provided by the company. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for computer equipment. * Track support tickets. * Perform operating system updates. * Source/quote spare parts, computer equipment, accessories, and software licensing. * Prepare and install new and reassigned computer equipment. * Resolve issues with MS Office. * Log and track tickets on the ATEB COFIDI platform. * Resolve issues with ASPEL systems (NOI and COI). * Log and track tickets with email service provider. * Manage mobile telephony. * Configure and maintain time clock devices. * Analyze and resolve issues across departments related to the PLEX ERP system. * Analyze technological requirements from different departments. * Maintain video surveillance systems. * Maintain email mailboxes. * Perform periodic backups. * Update and track departmental procedures. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Grocery vouchers at 10%. * Savings fund at 4.5%. * Punctuality bonus. * Cafeteria service with support. * Collaborative and innovation-focused work environment.
