




Job Summary: We are seeking a department assistant to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, security cameras, and alarms—both on-site and remotely. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networks. 2. Maintenance and conditioning of computer equipment. 3. Installation and maintenance of security and alarm systems. In general, we seek an assistant for the department who can support: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software. Performing maintenance on computer equipment. Conditioning computer equipment. Installing and inspecting telephone lines (on-site). Installing networks (on-site). Replacing toner and maintaining printers. Backing up information and programs. Installing security cameras. Maintaining security cameras. Providing telephone and remote technical support to stores. Installing GPS. Installing alarms (new RISCO alarm). Monitoring and troubleshooting alarms (new function/assigned task). Monitoring security personnel (new function/assigned task). SIA-related activities (new function/assigned task).
