




A Mexican company specializing in solutions for financial, mortgage, and banking sectors is seeking a candidate for the position of **“SYSTEMS ASSISTANT”** **We are looking for:** Education: Graduated in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Technical Support and Maintenance, or related IT fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months of technical support experience (internships or social service may be considered). **Profile:** Responsible Punctual Organized Honest Results-oriented Ability to work under pressure Proactive Team player **Functions and responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to internal users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems. * Install and provide support for Office / Office 365 software. * Configure peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.). * Assist with basic LAN network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting. * Manage and track incidents. * Verify proper functioning of antivirus software and basic backups. * Email configuration * Document solutions, procedures, and technical support activities. * Escalate incidents when necessary and comply with internal IT policies. **Technical knowledge:** * Computer assembly and diagnostics. * Windows 10 and 11. * Microsoft Office / Office 365. * Corporate antivirus and backup software. * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Basic LAN network configuration. **We offer:** - Net monthly salary of $12,000 MXN - Statutory benefits - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Work location: 5 minutes from Barranca del Muerto metro station Good luck!
