We have an opening for a Systems and Programming Development Coordinator. **Position Purpose:** * Coordinate and maintain operational information systems and computing equipment across various administrative and operational departments, as well as develop software used within the company. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Provide physical and remote hardware and software support. * Manage inventories of computing equipment. * Prepare hardware and software quotations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Verify proper operation of ROES and TAOPIX systems. * Repair and reconfigure ROES and TAOPIX systems in case of misconfiguration failures. * Create templates and designs for ROES and TAOPIX applications. * Update pricing data in ROES and TAOPIX systems. * Ensure proper operation of software applications. * Administer and provide basic support for internal networks, servers, and backups. * Manage users, passwords, and system/equipment access. * Provide operational support. * Administer web servers and databases. * Respond to technical support tickets. * Administer and control ERP processes. * Conduct ERP audits and error analysis. * Assist in generating reports and performance indicators. **Please Note the Following:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * IT Support Experience: Minimum 4 years. * Proficiency in server management, operating systems, and programming. * **Advanced proficiency in Python, AI, ROES, and TAOPIX.** * Work location: Monterrey City Center. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; occasional Saturdays. Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
