User Manual Development and User Training **Systems Analyst (Operations)** * Location: Monterrey, N.L. * Schedule: Monday to Friday \| 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * Work Model: Hybrid **Technical Profile\Education** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. **Experience** * 2 years in IT projects. * 2 years supporting end users. **Technical Skills** * SQL * SAP MM * SAP SD * Technical Documentation * IT Project Management **Main Responsibilities** * Conducting operational user interviews to understand requirements. * Performing operational and systems process analysis. * Creating technical and operational diagrams for requirements and projects. * Gathering technical requirements and submitting them to development teams (mobile, web backend/frontend, SAP MM/SD, ABAP developers). * Preparing test scenarios for deliverables. * Tracking projects and requirements through to Go Live in production. * Developing user manuals and delivering end-user training.
