Experience with FIS Systematics modules is a strong advantage, particularly for candidates looking to grow into banking product ownership and integration roles. **Must have:** Banking, Cards \& Payments domain COBOL (Primary language for developing, testing, and maintaining batch and online banking programs on IBM z/OS) JCL (Job scheduling, batch execution, and dataset management on z/OS) VSAM (Core file access method for managing structured banking data) DB2 (Relational database access for complex queries, reporting, audit trails, and cross\-system integration) CICS (Handles real\-time online transaction processing within mainframe banking applications) IDCAMS / SORT / z/OS Utilities (Dataset management and utility programs essential for batch operations) Spanish (Advance), English (Intermediate) **Nice to have:** IMPACS — IM, ALS — Advanced Loan System ,Relationship Manager — RM,Savings \& Time — ST CAS / TAX / FG / FT / FMS / GL (Extended Systematics modules for tax, general ledger, and financial management.)
