Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in construction and installation of air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and hotel projects, leading personnel and managing mechanical installations. Project management in construction and HVAC system installation **Air Conditioning Construction Supervisor** For a construction and air conditioning installation company in Nassau, Bahamas. **Education:** · Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (intern or graduate) **Experience:** · Minimum 1 year in air conditioning construction and installation for residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, and/or shopping centers. **English:** · Advanced (mandatory)\- Will be assessed from the initial screening **Responsibilities:** · Mechanical construction work related to air conditioning in residential, commercial, and hotel buildings and shopping centers. · Air conditioning installations · Personnel supervision · Reading blueprints **Knowledge Requirements:** · Fire protection systems · Plumbing · Mechanical installations · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD **Competencies:** · Leadership · Teamwork · Results orientation · Planning · Problem solving and conflict management **Work Schedule and Location:** · Location: Nassau, Bahamas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Willingness to relocate** **Benefits Offered:** · Salary: USD 2,500 net · Housing rental allowance · Work permit · Utility vehicle · Fuel assistance · Water and electricity service support · Home visit (3 times per year) · One-year contract with possibility of extension.
