Job Summary: Shipping Coordinator/Supervisor responsible for the safe and efficient execution of shipments, inventory management, and personnel supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel Job Objective Ensure proper execution of shipments, guaranteeing secure loading of italikas as well as proper care of mobile equipment. Main Responsibilities Timely delivery of shipments. * Receipt and distribution of inventory. * 100% compliance with weekly, monthly, and fiscal inventories. * Administration and assignment of responsibilities to subordinates. * Daily inventory counts. * Compliance with KPIs (5S, incidents and accidents, FTQ, Score Card completion). * Responsibility for inventory inflows and outflows in their warehouse. * Responsibility for generating reports (end-of-shift report, loading report). * Knowledge of SAP to execute transactions. * Documentation of shipments in SAP for correct submission. Candidate Profile Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. * Experience in inventory management. * Personnel administration experience. * Frustration tolerance. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * 1–2 years of experience as a shipping coordinator/supervisor. * Age between 23 and 45 years.
