We are the leading national pharmaceutical chain. **Join our team as a Home Delivery Service Supervisor!** **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee on-time and accurate product delivery to customers via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, and achieving established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the achievement of objectives for the home delivery service channel. * Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. * Ensure the availability and optimal performance of physical and technological tools used in the channel. * Manage staffing in accordance with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. * Provide support to colleagues assigned to deliver services to households within our Plaza (Eastern Zone). **What do you need to join the Ahorro family?** * Be over 25 years of age * Hold a completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Must possess basic to intermediate knowledge of motorcycle mechanics. * Must hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license (a utility motorcycle will be provided). * One year of experience in the home delivery service channel. * Retail or distribution center experience is desirable. * Experience managing operational staff and customer service. * Familiarity with systems and processes for monitoring deliveries. * Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross base salary of $15,000.00 (paid biweekly into a Banamex account) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits including Grocery Vouchers, Savings Fund, Gasoline Allowance, Utility Motorcycle, Free Uniforms, and Life Insurance. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Immediate hiring * Opportunities for growth and development For more information, contact us via WhatsApp at 5 6 2 0 0 1 9 1 8 4 At Farmacias del Ahorro, we value you — and want you well!
