




DESCRIPTION **GP Construction**, we are leaders in the construction of infrastructure and industrial projects. We are seeking a **Structural Superintendent** with a solid track record of at least 10 years of experience in the sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and direct structural construction activities for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Supervise and coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency and productivity at each project stage. * Manage material, human, and financial resources assigned to the project, optimizing their use and controlling costs. * Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety plans, as well as the company’s quality policies. * Monitor and control physical and financial progress of the project, preparing periodic reports for management. * Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may affect project execution. * Ensure proper execution of works related to: * Pavement Structures * Underpasses and Overpasses * Deep and Shallow Foundations * Substructure and Superstructure (Steel and Concrete) * Piling and Retaining Walls * Concrete Elements such as Columns, Footings, Beams, Slabs * Drainage and Sewerage Systems (Cross Drainage) * Encapsulation and Sealing Works (Cutoff Walls) * Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders (client, supervision, communities, etc.). * Promote a collaborative work environment and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or related field, duly licensed with valid professional license. * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in similar positions, leading infrastructure and/or industrial construction projects. * In-depth knowledge and practical experience in all phases of concrete and steel structural execution. * Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting. * Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, industrial safety, and quality control. * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve problems effectively. * Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to travel and/or reside at the project site as required.
