Develop and execute projects and activities aligned with company strategies to improve and control processes, as well as to manage relevant efficiency, quality, and cost metrics for assigned production areas through analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Resolve operational line issues and provide support, resolve process-related issues, and ensure product manufacturing cycle time. * Implement projects to improve capacity, reduce costs, enhance quality and efficiency in operational processes. * Develop and optimize moderate-to-high complexity medium/long-term processes and projects assigned within the company. * Utilize tools and methodologies such as MKOS, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Quality Tools, etc., to develop and execute various activities and projects within the area. * Monitor and improve cost, efficiency, quality, and safety performance. * Update or implement systems to control and improve processes. * Standardize operations and methodologies within respective areas. * Guide project teams toward MKOS methodology. * Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies for processes. * Support execution of process, equipment, and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV). * Maintain effective communication with all departments, corporate functions, and personnel under supervision across all organizational levels. **Professional Profile** ***Experience / Technical Knowledge*** * Minimum or approximately 3 years’ experience in direct production line/area processes. * Technical and process experience with plastic injection molding and extrusion molds and machines (preferred). * Knowledge of assembly processes. * Bilingual; intermediate/advanced level in spoken and written English. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AS400, M\-Power, 3M, Packdraw, Macros. * Beginner/intermediate proficiency in Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD. * Knowledge and ability to implement Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving Tools, Quality Tools, Core Tools, and Six Sigma. * Data interpretation and analysis for decision-making. * Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard and FDA CFR21\.820 and CFR21\.11 regulations. ***Competencies / Soft Skills*** * Teamwork, data interpretation aptitude, determination, proactivity, results orientation, sense of urgency, leadership, people orientation, negotiation skills. * Decision-making leading to positive outcomes based on analysis. * Ability to manage diverse resources according to individual capabilities, as well as develop and retain talent. * Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability across shifts. * Responsible and professional at all times. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Processes and Operations Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent discipline related to industrial processes or automation. * Master’s degree related to industrial processes (preferred).
