We aspire to be the ideal partner for entrepreneurs, contributing to the development of our community, our country, and our planet. **Your Challenge** Design and enable scalable, secure, and observable cloud-native solutions that accelerate time-to-market and elevate engineering productivity, aligning technical decisions with business value. This role acts as a bridge between architectural strategy and execution, contributes patterns, blueprints, ADRs, and references to the Architecture Center, and collaborates with Platform Services to codify “golden paths” and integrate them into the internal development platform—within the regulated context of digital banking. **What We’re Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science or related field. * 5 years of experience in software engineering. * Practical experience creating and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules using Terraform. * Solid knowledge of API design and security (RESTful, OAuth 2\.0, OIDC, mTLS). * Experience in architecture or tech leadership (Desirable). * Experience with scripting and backend programming languages (Python, TypeScript, or Go). * Knowledge of TypeScript, Python, Go, Bash, Docker, Terraform. * Expert-level knowledge of serverless and container-based solution design on AWS (Senior Level). **Responsibilities** * Design solutions using DDD, EDA, and integration patterns; define service boundaries and API contracts. * Create templates, blueprints, guidelines, and references—including source code, configuration, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines—that abstract complexity and accelerate delivery to Engineering teams. * Collaborate with the Platform Services team to design and build capabilities of the internal development platform, enabling Engineering teams with solutions and tools aligned to Architecture standards—ensuring 'building blocks' are consumable 'as\-a\-service'. * Co-design with Product Engineering, Platform Services, and Data/AI teams; align dependencies and risks. **What We Offer?** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can maximize your potential. * Opportunities to learn and grow professionally using cutting-edge technologies. * A passionate and talented team with whom you can share knowledge and experiences. * A competitive compensation package and attractive benefits. * The opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of people and contribute to the country’s development.
