Collaborative environment with a specialized team Job Description At Chat2desk Mexico, we are looking for an SMS Solutions Implementer holding a current Scrum Master certification and a technical certification in the manufacturer’s programming language or platform, responsible for configuring, developing, integrating, and deploying SMS messaging solutions aligned with business and technology provider requirements. This role combines messaging API development and integration with agile methodology practices, participating in the implementation of SMS platforms, their integration with internal systems, performance optimization, and production deployment of secure and reliable solutions, while complying with technical, regulatory, and quality standards. Job Objective Configure, develop, integrate, and deploy SMS messaging solutions, ensuring agile, secure deliveries aligned with business and technology provider requirements, while meeting technical, regulatory, and quality standards. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in: \- Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or Computer Science \- Software Engineering \- Telecommunications \- Related field Certifications (Mandatory) Current Scrum Master certification Current technical certification in the SMS solution manufacturer’s language, platform, or technology, for example: \- Java \- .NET \- Python \- JavaScript \- SMS provider technical certification Experience \- Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing or integrating technological solutions \- Experience with SMS messaging platforms or API integration \- Development and integration of systems via web services \- Work using agile methodologies (Scrum) Activities and Responsibilities SMS Solutions Implementation and Configuration: \- Implement SMS sending and receiving platforms (transactional, bulk, OTP, alerts). \- Configure SMS gateways, short codes, long codes, and provider APIs. \- Parameterize messaging flows according to business rules. \- Integrate the SMS solution with applications, CRM, ERP, and internal systems. \- Adapt the solution to regulatory and operator requirements. Development and Technical Certification \- Develop components in the platform or manufacturer’s programming language. \- Use official SMS provider APIs, SDKs, and libraries. \- Ensure compatibility with messaging standards (SMPP, HTTP/REST). \- Conduct unit, integration, and load testing. \- Address technical certification processes required by the manufacturer or operator. Agile Management (Scrum Master) \- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective. \- Ensure correct application of the Scrum framework. \- Identify and remove technical and coordination impediments. \- Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management. \- Promote incremental deliveries and continuous improvement. Operations, Support, and Quality \- Participate in the SMS solution go-live process. \- Monitor availability, performance, and message delivery. \- Address incidents, errors, and messaging failures. \- Optimize delivery rates and response times. \- Document configurations, integrations, and technical procedures. Security, Compliance, and Communication \- Implement information security controls (authentication, encryption, access control). \- Ensure compliance with privacy policies and messaging usage guidelines. \- Coordinate activities with operators, providers, and internal departments. \- Communicate technical progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
