Reduces operational toil through automation and Infrastructure as Code **Overview**Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and modernize enterprise middleware and identity platforms. This role owns KTLO operations, applies SRE best practices, and leads migration efforts to OpenShift and cloud environments while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.**Key Responsibilities** * Own availability, performance, and reliability of production platforms * Support IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server (IHS) * Support Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle CCG, and Oracle GRC * Apply SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) * Participate in on\-call rotation, incident response, and postmortems * Reduce operational toil through automation and Infrastructure as Code * Design and execute platform migrations to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud * Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting * Perform Linux troubleshooting (processes, memory, disk, network, logs) * Support security, governance, and audit requirements **Required Qualifications** * 3\+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering, or Production Operations * Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server * Experience with IBM HTTP Server (IHS) and TLS/reverse proxy configurations * Experience supporting Oracle Access Manager (OAM) * Working knowledge of Oracle CCG and Oracle GRC * Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills * Experience with incident management and root cause analysis * Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible) * Understanding of networking, JVM\-based systems, and distributed systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes * Experience migrating legacy platforms to cloud\-native architectures * Exposure to WebSphere Liberty * Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk) * Experience supporting regulated or audited environments * Familiarity with identity governance and access controls **Key Technologies**WebSphere **IHS** OAM **Oracle CCG** Oracle GRC **Linux** OpenShift **Kubernetes** CI/CD **Automation** SRE **Cloud** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 \- $85,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Gym discount * Sick days * Company parking * Referral program * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: Hybrid remote in 44600, Ladrón de Guevara, Jal.
