If you have experience in heavy equipment maintenance and personnel management, this opportunity is for you! ### **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for our tractor-trailer fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery. ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate mechanics, electricians, and shop assistants. * **Planning:** Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for units to minimize downtime. * **Diagnosis and Control:** Ensure accurate diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures (Cummins and Detroit engines, braking systems, transmissions, etc.). * **Inventory and Spare Parts:** Manage spare parts and tool stock, and handle necessary procurement from suppliers. * **Safety:** Ensure the shop operates in compliance with applicable safety and hygiene regulations. ### **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles (Shop Manager, Diesel Maintenance Supervisor) within freight transportation companies. * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, University-Level Technical Degree, or related field (verifiable). * **Strong Knowledge:** Heavy-duty diesel mechanics, electronic diagnostic systems (scanners), and shop administration. * **Skills:** Strong leadership, integrity, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills. * **Location Requirement:** Reside in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas (or be immediately available to relocate). ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and an excellent working environment. * Growth opportunities within a continuously expanding company. ### **Join the Betos Trucking Team!** If you meet the profile and are ready to take on this challenge, please send us your updated CV: * **Email:** \[Insert email address, e.g., reclutamiento@betostrucking.com] * **WhatsApp/Phone:** \[Insert contact number] * **Shop Location:** Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. *Our route to success begins in the shop!
