Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and validating purchase orders * Entering and tracking orders in the ERP system * Coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics * Monitoring production progress and deliveries * Handling and resolving incidents * Post-sales follow-up and customer support Requirements: * High school diploma or bachelor's degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or commercial areas * Proficiency in Office and ERP systems * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency * Experience in manufacturing or corrugated cardboard is preferred We Offer: * Monthly salary of $14,000 to $16,000 * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, vacation bonus, etc.) * Additional benefits: * 30-day year-end bonus * Savings fund Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays only on standby Apply now and become part of a growing company with an excellent work environment.
