Attend scheduled customer appointments punctually. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Install, configure, or uninstall equipment, spare parts, and licenses. Perform data backups prior to providing support. Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and expense reports. Manage equipment inventory and system updates. Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams.
