**Job Objective** Manage and coordinate the implementation of telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring experience and skills in efficient project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Enhance collaboration among teams through effective communication, proactive leadership, and issue resolution, fostering a productive and results-oriented work environment. Emphasis is placed on organization, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure achievement of objectives within established timelines and resources. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (degree required) * Advanced English (mandatory) * Experience in Telecommunications Project Management (1\-3 years, junior level) * Coordination with engineering, operations, and commercial departments * Participation in telecommunications infrastructure projects, ideally fiber-optic projects * Experience in project planning, execution, and control * Coordination with technical teams and vendors * Tracking of project schedules and documentation **Responsibilities** * Understand project scope and objectives * Coordinate execution of telecommunications infrastructure projects * *Define schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines* * Monitor project progress against planned timelines * Identify and timely report risks that may impact project development * Manage and document project progress * Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and organizational teams * Facilitate follow-up meetings and ensure alignment among all stakeholders * Ensure project continuity * Seek opportunities to optimize timelines * Manage project delivery and closure, ensuring client satisfaction **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of networks and telecommunications * Technical capabilities in infrastructure management * Proficiency in documentation and project management platforms **IENTC Values** Integrity \- Responsibility \- Innovation \- Honesty **COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION, ETHICS, AND HUMAN RIGHTS** At IENTC, we promote equal opportunity and inclusive employment.
