More information: http://coderio.com In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of solutions within the VTEX ecosystem, creating custom components and high-performance e-commerce experiences at scale. You will design, optimize, and maintain complex functionalities, API integrations, and scalable architectures—ensuring robust, production-ready solutions that deliver tangible business value. **What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)** Develop custom components in VTEX IO (React, Node.js), with a focus on scalability and performance. Design, integrate, and document REST and GraphQL APIs. Optimize VTEX stores: saturation, queuing, caching, and performance. Participate in technical architecture decisions. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams. Diagnose and resolve performance issues, latency, and timeouts. Apply best practices for versioning, CI/CD, and automation. **Requirements** 4+ years of proven experience as a VTEX IO Developer, including custom component development. 4+ years of expertise in application architecture. 4+ years of experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs. 4+ years of experience developing in JavaScript/TypeScript. 4+ years of experience developing with Node.js and React. 3+ years of experience optimizing VTEX performance—including saturation, queuing, and optimization. **Nice-to-Have** Experience developing backend applications with Next.js. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with headless or microservices architectures. Familiarity with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines. **Benefits** 100% remote work.
