Job Summary: Responsible for designing, monitoring, and supporting work instructions and engineering changes to ensure quality and efficiency in production, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects. Opportunity for personnel development and leadership **Job Description** Ensure the design, tracking, and support of product work instructions, as well as implement necessary engineering changes to guarantee quality and efficiency in the production process. 2\.1\.1\. Responsible for generating, ensuring, and executing MCOR’s. 2\.1\.2\. Responsible for designing Work Instructions at the Finish Good level. 2\.1\.3\. Support interpretation of Work Instructions design at the Finish Good level. 2\.1\.4\. Implement and/or participate in Kaizen, MKOS, and CAPA events. 2\.1\.5\. Responsible for resolving discrepancies in orders held in C\-Hold of Engineering. 2\.1\.6\. Responsible for ArtWorks design. 2\.1\.7\. Participate in audits. 2\.1\.8\. Participate in project implementation. 2\.1\.9\. Collaborate on personnel development. 3\.1 Experience / Technical Knowledge. 3\.2\.1\. Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical industry related to Quality, Production, Engineering, or Surgical Activities. 3\.2\.2\. Bilingual (English–Spanish) 85%\~(B2\). 3\.2\.3\. AS400, M\-Power, Pack Draw, Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (advanced). 3\.2\.4\. (Desirable) Basic AutoCAD knowledge. 3\.2\.5\. (Desirable) Basic knowledge of ISO\-13485 Medical Devices Quality Management Systems. 3\.2\.6\. (Desirable) Basic knowledge of ISO\-11607 Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices. 3\.2\.7\. (Desirable) Basic knowledge of ISO\-5356 Anaesthetic and respiratory equipment. 3\.2\.8\. (Desirable) Basic knowledge of computer system programming. 3\.2 Competencies / Soft Skills. 3\.3\.1\. Engineering/Degree program incomplete or completed. Preferred fields: Surgical Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or Programming. 3\.4\.2\. (Desirable) Yellow Belt.
