Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Guard to manage access, monitor movements, and maintain order on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Flexibility to work the scheduled shift DESCRIPTION **Security Guard** ======================== **Location:** Santa Catarina, Nuevo León (near El Palmar) **Salary:** $3,000 to $3,800 weekly \+ bonus **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience as a security guard, doorman, or in related roles. * Ability to follow instructions, remain calm under pressure, and possess a service-oriented attitude. * Flexibility to work the scheduled shift. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage entry and exit of staff, suppliers, and customers. * Safely and efficiently operate the main gate for opening and closing. * Monitor and record movements of people and goods entering and exiting the premises. * Conduct bag and personal belongings inspections for staff upon entry and exit, as required. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the security booth to maintain an appropriate working environment. ### **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary of $3,000 to $3,800\. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus equal to 10% of the base salary. * **Statutory Benefits** ### **Work Schedule:** * **Full-time:** Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * **Rest Day:** One weekly rest day, rotating or assigned according to operational needs.
