




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents, strengthening security controls and SOC operations to ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage medium- and high-complexity cybersecurity incidents. 2. Strengthen SOC security controls and operations. 3. Experience with multi-vendor network and security infrastructure. **Job Description** * Manage and respond to medium- and high-complexity cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and effective response, while strengthening SOC security controls and operations to reduce risks and ensure business continuity. **Required Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Specialization Area: Networks and Telecommunications / Security. * Specialized Software: Security management and monitoring platforms, and firewall and load balancer administration consoles from multiple vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Barracuda), for cybersecurity incident analysis, response, and tracking. * Certifications: Fortinet: NSE 4 / FCP – Network Security; CCNA Security / SCOR (350\-701\). * Experience Environment: Enterprise on\-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments supporting critical services with high availability. **Experience Requirements:** * Corporate SOC or MSSP, operating under 24x7 shift models and SLA-driven service delivery. * Multi\-vendor network and security infrastructure, including firewalls and load balancers from Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, and Barracuda. * ITSM-based and compliance-oriented operations, including incident management, change management, audits, and continuous improvement. * Interaction with clients, vendors, and manufacturers, participating in technical escalations and specialized support.
