Description:
Analyze the company's established security procedures by supporting private security and custody personnel, reviewing and operating CCTV equipment, inspecting local delivery units, and utilizing support tools and equipment, with the aim of preventing theft, loss, or robbery of shipments, and protecting physical assets, facilities, and human resources.
Main Responsibilities
Creation of research lines focused on detecting dishonest actions by active company personnel.
Conducting interviews with suspected responsible parties and/or in special cases.
Audit the departure of local distribution units by performing a full count of shipments and verifying physical waybill numbers against manifests to ensure all shipments are scanned upon departure to their destinations and thus prevent thefts.
Report receipt of high-value shipments jointly with Operations, pre-alerting destination locations for tracking purposes to prevent theft, robbery, or loss of such shipments.
Analyze custodial services for out-of-town and collection routes by monitoring the schedule implemented by the district manager to prevent vehicle theft within the Federal District and Metropolitan Area.
Analyze cargo destined for or originating from the country’s borders using trained drug-detection dogs to prevent company services from being used for drug trafficking.
Supervise and implement internal policies regarding access control and personnel management.
Internal Relationships
Cargo: For coordination, classification, and delivery of valuables.
Tracking: To locate out-of-town units for custodial coordination.
Requirements
Education: University degree in Administration, Law, Psychology, Criminology, or related fields (incomplete degrees accepted).
Office Software Proficiency: Intermediate level — report preparation and presentation of results.
One year of experience in asset security and/or occupational safety and health.
