Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
Ensure strict compliance with internal control processes, SOX requirements, and PepsiCo Global Standards during service execution—through transactional processes (inbound/outbound), administration and control of finished goods, corrugated packaging, and logistics materials inventory—to guarantee accuracy of records across various systems and adherence to procedures and policies. **Your Impact**
As an SC Ops Facilitator Verification, your responsibilities would include:
* Conduct weekly and periodic finished goods inventory controls at the Site.
* Lead the Site’s cycle counting process.
* Manage budget control and analysis of the Site’s accounting charges.
* Ensure proper documentation processes, return of shipping evidence and invoicing, as well as compliance with periodic SOX and PepsiCo Global Standard audits at the Site.
* Ensure accurate transactions, inventory control, and financial closings across the Site’s various operations.
* Perform reconciliation of incidents reported by branches versus accounting application entries related to the Site’s area expenses.
* Ensure reconciliation of CEDIS-related charges in SAP.
* Continuously analyze system and control process performance to identify and eliminate improvement opportunities.
* Conduct GPS self-inspections to ensure adherence to standard procedures and policies across the cluster.
* Ensure safeguarding and control of all documentation per tax requirements.
* Consolidate indicator data and generate Scorecards and operational reports.
* Maintain control, recording, and reporting of obsolete products and materials.
* Ensure administrative and operational staff training and certification for compliance with procedures and policies.
* Coach the administrative team (roles, responsibilities, workload balancing, etc.) within the cluster.
* Coordinate documentary verification activities for all transactions, ensuring completeness.
* Comply with—and ensure others comply with—Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety policies; participate in, promote, and embody the MOTOR+ organizational transformation model in alignment with established training programs.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?** **Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
**Experience**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with SAP and Mybu systems.
