Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to implement and evolve Salesforce Loyalty, supporting large-scale customer engagement programs and collaborating with a client's Salesforce team. Join client's Salesforce team in an Agile environment Client: Our client is a leading retail company in Latin America, currently implementing and evolving Salesforce Loyalty to support large\-scale customer engagement programs. * Project overview: The initial engagement focuses on implementing the Salesforce Loyalty module to support the design and rollout of a large\-scale loyalty program across multiple retail channels. * The project includes: * Configuring loyalty programs (tiers, benefits, promotions); * Implementing accrual and redemption logic; * Managing full member lifecycle processes; * Integrating loyalty transactions with POS, e‑commerce, ERP, and other operational systems. * This position follows a staff augmentation model. The developer will join the client’s Salesforce team and collaborate daily with the Salesforce Technical Lead and Scrum Master. * Position overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (Strong Middle) with solid hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, capable of working autonomously within established architectural guidelines. * The ideal candidate is comfortable with complex business logic, transactional data flows, and cross‑system integrations supporting loyalty programs at scale. This position is execution‑focused and requires strong ownership of user stories and technical deliverables. * Responsibilities: Configure and extend Salesforce Loyalty Management, including program setup (tiers, benefits, promotions), points accrual and redemption logic, and member lifecycle management. * Implement loyalty\-related business rules using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools. * Develop and maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices. * Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems (POS, e‑commerce, ERP, payment systems) using REST APIs. * Ensure data consistency and integrity across loyalty transactions and customer records. * Optimize performance of automation flows and loyalty calculations in high\-volume environments. * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with the client’s Technical Lead and Scrum Master. * Contribute to technical documentation and overall platform stability. * 3–5 years of experience working with Salesforce. * Strong hands\-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. * Experience implementing automation using Flows and declarative tools. * Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules). * Experience working with integrations via REST APIs. * Understanding of transactional systems and data consistency challenges. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Ability to work autonomously within defined architectural guidelines. * Native\-level Spanish (mandatory). * Professional\-level English (mandatory). * Nice to have: Experience working with Salesforce Loyalty or similar loyalty/rewards platforms. * Participation in an end\-to\-end Salesforce implementation. * Experience in retail industry environments. * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar). * Accountability and ownership of technical tasks. * Ability to manage complex business rules with attention to detail. * Proactive mindset and continuous learning. * Clear communication with technical stakeholders.
