




Position Summary: Support the Sales department by executing and tracking administrative-commercial processes, ensuring control and timely updating of key information, and contributing to pipeline organization. Updating and maintaining CRM Pipedrive and Alpha ERP. A reputable company specializing in chromatography equipment sales and industrial services is seeking a Sales Intern. **General Purpose:** Support the Sales department through accurate execution and tracking of administrative-commercial processes, ensuring control, recording, and updating of key information in internal systems (CRM and ERP), as well as quotation preparation and cost analysis, thereby contributing to commercial pipeline organization and enabling timely, structured decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare project cost tables for equipment and services in Excel. * Generate quotations in Alpha ERP. * Update and maintain CRM Pipedrive and Alpha ERP. * Record and document all activities in the CRM. * Conduct remote follow-up on quotations via brief phone calls and emails. * Assist in organizing and controlling the commercial pipeline. * Update and maintain SharePoint. **Required Experience:** * Proficiency in Excel. * Willingness to learn. * Interest in sales.
