**EXPERIENCED RIGGER/ASSEMBLER (2 YEARS OR MORE)** A metal-mechanical company dedicated to manufacturing process equipment, committed to the development, stability, and growth of our workforce, seeks to integrate the following role into its work crew: RIGGER/ASSEMBLER Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair metallic structures, vessels, and components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Layout, cutting, and assembly of metal parts, * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, * Fabrication of tanks, ducts, hoppers, piping systems, and metallic structures, * Verification of dimensions and surface finishes per specifications, * Installation and assembly of industrial equipment, * Support in welding and part alignment/fit-up tasks, * Proficiency with tools and machinery such as plasma cutters, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, grinders, saws, and levels, * Verification of alignment, dimensions, and tolerances, * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with safety regulations, * Support in assembling, repairing, and maintaining process equipment, * Compliance with industrial safety standards, * Solid knowledge of layout, assembly, and blueprint reading, * Familiarity with measuring instruments (tape measure, square, flexible ruler, vernier caliper), * Demonstrated ability to perform layouts, develop complex parts, and cut using plasma technology, * Personal attributes including responsibility, commitment, seriousness, teamwork orientation, problem-solving skills, communication, punctuality, orderliness, cleanliness, ability to work under pressure, proactivity, willingness to work, flexibility to perform additional duties, and no scheduling conflicts. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary ranging from $12,000 to $20,000 (based on experience, skills, and aptitude; practical test required), * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements, * Weekly payroll, * Opportunities for career advancement, * Excellent working environment, * Salary increases, * Free uniforms, * Company-provided parking, * Internal growth and professional development.
