




Job Summary: We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer to perform maintenance, provide user support, and resolve hardware and software incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Through our six companies, we cover the main IT niches. **Grupo Financiero Banorte is seeking a REMOTE SUPPORT ENGINEER:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science and/or Computing or related Information Technology fields. Graduated or Intern. **Minimum preferred experience for the position:** 1 year of on-site support. **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer and printing equipment.** * Knowledge of ticketing systems, networks, and backups. * Provide remote user support. * Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. * Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. * Perform data backups. * Knowledge of VPN networks. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 1 weekend shift every two months. **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000.00 gross monthly. * $500.00 food vouchers. **Work Location:** * Calz. de Tlalpan 2980, Coapa, Ex\-Hacienda Coapa, Coyoacán, 04980 Ciudad de México, CDMX. * Banorte Corporate Office.
