**A major transportation company located in TORREÓN, COAHUILA, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for fifth-wheel operators.** Objective: Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection processes to ensure the attraction of qualified fifth-wheel operators who meet the organization’s operational needs promptly and effectively. Experience: \* Expert in mass recruitment of operators. \* Management of recruitment personnel. \* Goal-oriented. \* Candidate sourcing routes. \* Expertise in recruitment strategies (use of job portals and social media). \* Customer service. \* Preparation of daily reports / management of KPIs. \* Follow-up on recruitment processes until candidate onboarding. Requirements: Experience: 3 years in recruitment and selection of fifth-wheel operators; experience in hazardous materials transport is ideal. Age: 35 years or older. Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field. Specific requirements: Valid federal driver’s license, medical fitness certificate, R\-Control or trust control process clearance. Full availability for work schedule and travel across various regions of the country for indefinite periods. Self-management capability and focus on immediate results.
