Teamwork skills. Ability to analyze data and psychometric tests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and selection for operational and managerial positions. Develop clear candidate profiles outlining required skills, experience, and competencies for each position. Design and draft attractive, clear job postings reflecting position requirements and company values. Post vacancies on various job portals (LinkedIn, CompuTrabajo, social media, and other relevant platforms). WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Remote work). One-hour lunch break. WORK LOCATION: Av. Insurgentes Sur 4052, Tlalpan Centro, Tlalpan.
