Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to develop and implement recruitment strategies and actively participate in talent attraction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of recruitment strategies (field and digital). 2. Active participation in job fairs and talent attraction events. 3. What are we looking for in you? * Minimum **6 months of experience in operational and field recruitment**. * Positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in managing diverse recruitment sources. * Ability to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency. Desirable Knowledge: * Use of job boards and digital platforms. * Interviewing and screening sales candidate profiles. * Basic Excel (filters, tables, and simple functions).
