




Job Summary: We are seeking an ISO Systems Coordinator to manage documentation, ensure quality compliance, participate in strategic planning, and continuously improve the QMS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Integrated Management System and ensure quality compliance. 2. Participate in strategic planning and lead continuous improvement of the QMS. 3. Plan audits, map processes, and foster a quality culture. A leading manufacturer of rolls, bags, and flexible polyethylene packaging is seeking an ISO SYSTEMS COORDINATOR with experience in implementing quality controls. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Business Management, or related field—completed or incomplete. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * Proficiency in quality tools. **Responsibilities:** * Manage internal and external documents related to the IMS. * Verify compliance and track corrective actions, minor nonconformities, and major nonconformities across departments. * Participate with senior management in the organization’s strategic planning. * Manage KPIs and activities related to management review. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audit programs. * Manage KPIs. * Implement, maintain, and ensure continuous improvement of the QMS. * Review, record, and safeguard all original QMS documentation. * Conduct process mapping to identify workflows and improvement opportunities. * Develop and update process and operational procedure documentation. * Lead the design and redesign of processes aligned with business objectives. * Manage implementation of new processes and practices, ensuring proper adoption. * Identify, assess, and control operational risks in key processes. * Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture, acting as an internal facilitator and coach. **WE OFFER:** Competitive base salary Statutory benefits Transportation (García area) Savings fund Job stability Positive work environment *If you meet the profile, please apply for this position.* Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
