We are currently seeking an **Operational Auditor and Quality Management Systems Coordinator** who will contribute to the growth and well-being of our team. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational functioning of branches through conducting audits, inventory control, supervision of standards (5S), and implementation of a quality management system to standardize processes, improve operations, and guarantee internal compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Operational auditing and control * Conduct cyclic inventories and identify discrepancies * Audit branches to verify process compliance * Review proper completion and use of internal logbooks * Supervise implementation and maintenance of 5S * Quality Management Systems (QMS) * Document and standardize operational processes * Design and improve: * Procedures * Forms * Checklists * Ensure correct use of documents at branches * Continuous improvement * Identify operational failures and propose solutions * Implement improvements and track results * Reduce operational errors (inventory, processes, communication) * Monitoring and control * Generate audit reports * Track incidents and deviations * Ensure process compliance across all branches * Training * Train staff on: * Processes * Use of forms * Best operational practices Candidate Profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Experience: 2–4 years in Operational Auditing, Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, or supervision of multiple branches. Key Skills: * Strong sense of order, structure, and control * Analytical and observant mindset * Problem-solving orientation (not just detection) * Proactivity and follow-up capability * Clear and firm communication * Ability to implement operational changes * Excel proficiency (basic–intermediate) Additional Requirements: * Willingness to travel between branches * Knowledge of 5S methodology, process control, and quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar experience preferred) Schedule: * Full-time * Working Days: Monday to Saturday * Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $11,200.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Preferential discounts and pricing * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
