Position Summary: Supports quality process control and monitoring, conducts inspections, collaborates on documentation, participates in defect analysis, and provides support during audits. Participation in defect analysis and continuous improvement **Responsibilities** * Support quality process control and monitoring in production. * Conduct quality inspections and record inspections for materials and products. * Collaborate in the development and updating of quality management system documentation. * Participate in defect analysis and proposals for continuous improvement. * Provide support during internal audits and compliance with quality standards. * Prepare quality reports and indicators. **Requirements** * Advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality tools (5S, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Attention to detail and analytical skills. * Availability for morning shifts. * No transportation issues. * Must have optional insurance.
