Metal-mechanical company seeking talent for: **QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR (Metal-Mechanical Industry)** **Job Objective:** Ensure the release of products manufactured by the organization, complying with customer specifications and internal requirements. Prevent nonconformities at all stages of product manufacturing, promoting continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance department. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (or related field) — student intern or graduate. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a Quality Inspector **in the metal-mechanical industry**. **Knowledge:** * Regulatory knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Welding knowledge (symbols, defects, measurement, and processes: TIG / MIG, SMAW, GMAW, SPOT, HVOF). * Proficiency in quality tools for problem resolution and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto). * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, including familiarity with both American and European projection systems. * Proficiency in measurement systems (Imperial and Metric) — unit conversions. * Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper [analog and digital], micrometer, tape measure, height gauge, coating thickness gauge, universal squares). * Knowledge of ANDON signal systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Material inspection. * Handling of nonconforming products. * Preparation of reports. * Internal audits conducted under ISO 9001:2015 and LPA (Layered Process Audits). * Compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary: $13,000.00 Schedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts) Statutory benefits Additional benefits: Grocery vouchers and Savings Fund.
