Job Summary: Execute the quality assurance strategy for technology projects, ensuring system integrity, security, and high performance; technically certify solutions and mitigate risks. Key Highlights: 1. Design and maintain test automation frameworks. 2. Act as a technical bridge between development and business. 3. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance. Objective: Execute the quality assurance strategy across technology development projects, ensuring integrity, security, and high performance of core systems, platforms, and digital tools. Responsible for the technical certification of solutions, mitigating critical operational risks, and ensuring every software delivery delivers strategic value, operational stability, and guaranteed quality and functionality. Responsibilities: * Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and methodologies to ensure stability of core systems and digital platforms. 2\. Design and maintain test automation frameworks for regression testing, APIs, and critical operational workflows, optimizing time-to-delivery. 3\. Develop and maintain scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) for regression testing in systems. 4\. Execute manual \& automated tests to identify defects and inconsistencies. 5\. Analyze user stories and epics to define clear acceptance criteria and anticipate risk scenarios. 6\. Document and report identified defects to developers clearly, including steps to reproduce the issue. 7\. Log defects, track progress, and validate fixes in coordination with development teams. 8\. Act as a technical bridge between development and business teams to ensure requirements are translated into clear acceptance criteria. 9\. Ensure new changes do not introduce regressions in existing functionality. 10\. Document test cases \& traceability matrices. 11\. Certify functionality of technological solutions, validating that developments for portals, apps, and internal tools meet business requirements and usability standards. 12\. Manage and mitigate operational risks by identifying potential failures early in the development lifecycle to avoid financial or service impacts in production. 13\. Oversee comprehensive test execution, ensuring seamless and error-free communication among the company’s various systems (interfaces and services). 14\. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate software performance, defect density, and efficiency of continuous improvement processes. 15\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with strategic objectives and the needs of agents and customers. 16\. Serve as a technical reference and mentor, providing guidance to other team members in resolving complex problems and adopting engineering best practices. Required Skills: Education: Systems Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge: Automated testing, automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium), test management (Jira), programming languages (Java, Python, JS), APIs (Postman, SoapUI, or automated API testing), agile methodologies, environments (CI/CD knowledge — Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), ISTQB certification.
