Identify and report psychosocial risk factors. * Apply crisis intervention and psychological first aid. * Develop preventive programs for occupational stress, burnout, workplace violence, and problematic substance use. * Prepare reports and forms for process control. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology (certified graduate). **Knowledge of NOM-035.** Experience in occupational psychological services and addiction management.
