We are seeking a **Project Manager** with solid experience in managing technology projects, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring objective achievement, controlling scope, time, and cost, as well as guaranteeing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work under agile or traditional methodologies. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for technology projects. * Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project aligned with business needs. * Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources. * Coordinate development, QA, infrastructure, or other involved departments. * Ensure proper documentation for each project phase. * Generate executive and progress reports for management and stakeholders. * Facilitate follow-up meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions. * Identify areas for continuous improvement within management processes. * Ensure deliverable quality and compliance with internal standards. * Efficiently manage changes, incidents, and requests. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology projects.** * Knowledge and experience with **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** and/or **PMI**. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation management skills. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar. * Understanding of technological processes (software development, infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, etc.). * **English B2–C1 conversational proficiency** ### **Desirable** * Certification as **Scrum Master**, **PMP**, **CAPM**, or related. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency. * Prior experience in technology companies, consulting firms, or software development organizations. ### **Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Analytical thinking * Planning and organization * Results orientation * Problem solving * Change management * Effective communication ### **Compensation** * We offer * Competitive salary * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Excellent working environment.
