Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\. **End-to-End Project Management**
* Plan, execute, monitor, and close industrial projects from the design phase through final delivery.
* Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
* Manage the full project lifecycle using methodologies such as PMI, IPMA, or similar.
2\. **Multidisciplinary Engineering Coordination**
* Coordinate engineering deliverables across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.).
* Validate that designs meet client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
* Oversee technical reviews (HSE, constructability, maintainability, etc.).
3\. **On-Site Supervision and Construction Management**
* Supervise field construction execution, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
* Resolve technical and construction-related conflicts on site.
* Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity and timely delivery.
4\. **Contract and Budget Management**
* Administer contracts with suppliers and contractors.
* Oversee project budget development and control.
* Validate cost estimates, change control, and physical-financial progress reports.
5\. **Risk and Safety Management (HSE)**
* Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and safety risks.
* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations in engineering and construction.
* Participate in audits and regulatory compliance reporting.
6\. **Client and Stakeholder Relations**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project.
* Coordinate progress meetings, status updates, and strategic decision-making sessions.
* Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
7\. **Team Management and Leadership**
* Lead internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
* Promote best practices in management, communication, and collaboration.
* Motivate team members and facilitate conflict resolution.
8\. **Reporting and Monitoring**
* Prepare executive reports on progress, costs, risks, and performance.
* Present periodic reports to senior management and clients.
* Apply KPIs to evaluate project performance.
