Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project or Program Engineer with leadership skills in team management, continuous improvement, and customer service for diverse roles. Key Highlights: 1. Project Management and Engineering Experience 2. Proficiency in APQP/NPI, ISO-9001, and Microsoft Project 3. Competence in Medical Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ERP Required Experience: * \> 3 Years in a Similar Position. * \> 5 Years as a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Program Engineer. Education Level: * Completed University Degree in Engineering. English: * C\-1 Fluency per the Common European Framework. Essential Knowledge: * APQP / NPI methodology. * ISO\-9001 * Microsoft Project. * Management of multidisciplinary work teams. * Data entry process into ERP systems. * Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools * Knowledge of manufacturing processes * Knowledge of Safety and Environmental standards * Knowledge of basic quality control tools, interpretation of drawings, basic ERP/MRP knowledge * IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols * Competence in developing Validation Protocols and Reports for Medical Devices (OQ and PQ)\* Desirable Knowledge: * ISO 14001, ISO\-13485 * Management of Tooling Budgets. * Certification in “Project Management”. * Quotations. * IQ Software. * Knowledge of Injection Molding. If serving as a Medical Area Project Manager, competence in developing Validation Protocols and Reports for Medical Devices (OQ and PQ)\* is required. Functional Competencies: 1\.
