From there, you can share scenarios with your team while working from anywhere in the world. **The Role’s Challenge** We are in a growth phase where multiple technical teams work with increasing interdependence, and we need someone who ensures this interdependence becomes a competitive advantage—not a bottleneck. We’re looking for a **Program Manager** to coordinate three technical teams, keep projects moving forward, and serve as the bridge between very different profiles: data scientists, engineers, and business analysts. **This is not a supervisory role—the managers have high autonomy and ownership; you will be the one who unblocks, coordinates, and accelerates.** **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day** * Maintain an active project dashboard with real-time visibility: which team is working on what, what’s blocked, what’s being delivered and when. * Closely track progress across the three technical teams and report project status directly to the CEO—clearly and without intermediaries. * Coordinate RFPs, customer incidents, and cross-team requests, acting as the cross-functional point of contact across departments. * Facilitate communication between teams when friction or unresolved dependencies arise. * Manage the technical priority agenda, preventing each team from optimizing solely for its own goals at the expense of overall outcomes. * Drive adoption of internal AI agents that automate operational processes across various company functions. * Participate in strategy sessions alongside managers and the CEO, providing cross-functional visibility into ongoing projects. **What We’re Looking For in You** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Program Manager coordinating technical teams in SaaS or tech consulting environments. * A challenging mindset: someone who questions unrealistic timelines, pushes back on decisions that risk a project, and speaks confidently to managers—always backed by data, respect, and the goal of delivering well. * Agile and pragmatic project management: Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or Notion—whichever tools you use, including building real status dashboards, not just ticket tracking. * Basic SQL sufficient to read a query and interpret results without relying on others. * Familiarity with development environments (sprints, deploys, staging) without needing to code. * Clear, structured documentation: specs, executive updates, runbooks. * Obsessive follow-through: you’re the person who, three days later, remembers something remains unresolved—even if no one asked you to. * High emotional intelligence and solid stakeholder management, including direct reporting to the CEO. * Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution; bonus if you already use AI tools daily. * English proficiency at B1/B2 level minimum. **What This Role Is NOT** * Not a supervisory role: managers have ownership and make autonomous decisions—you coordinate, not command. * Not a certification-focused role: we don’t seek someone who collects Scrum diplomas without having truly applied them in complex contexts. * Not a passive reporting role: value lies in anticipating blockers—not documenting them after they’ve already caused damage. **What We Offer** * A role with genuine strategic visibility: you’ll be present in conversations defining the company’s direction. * The opportunity to lead, from within, an ambitious AI-driven transformation. * A strong, autonomous, and growth-hungry team of managers—the best kind of people to coordinate with. * A culture of high ownership and low micromanagement. * Fully remote work, collaborating with an international, distributed team. * Flexible, objective-based working hours. * Compensation in USD. * Flexibility to take time off when needed. * Financial support for private health insurance. * Financial support for computing equipment. * Autonomy, trust, and an OPEN & BOLD environment where your ideas matter.
