Production Supervisor

Job Description and Responsibilities Position Objective: The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of line leaders and associates to efficiently, productively, and quality-consciously meet the production plan. Additionally, the supervisor determines resource allocation to ensure that machines, equipment, and fixtures operate properly. The supervisor must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, expertise in designing manufacturing cells, line balancing, scrap control, and commitment to various metrics or goals established by the company.
