Monitors production flow and coordinates personnel and materials. **Full Job Description** A leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of: ***Production Supervisor*** **Job Requirements** * Degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Administration. * 3–10 years of experience as a Production Supervisor. * Strong communication skills and analytical thinking ability. * Intermediate conversational English. * Experience supervising 80–100 employees. **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate personnel and materials to meet production schedules. * Comply with company safety standards. * Supervise production lines from startup to final output. * Continuously monitor production flow. * Ensure product quality produced by operational staff. * Track work orders according to the production schedule. * Prepare production reports. * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. * Estimate time and material requirements for work orders. * Ensure availability of required materials and supplies. * Manage personnel incidents (attendance, safety, etc.). * Comply with the Quality Management System procedures, as well as company policies, objectives, and values.
