Leading Human Capital · Capable of leading human capital with or without academic training—and even with varying levels of emotional intelligence; an outstanding leader effectively motivates and guides personnel to efficiently achieve the objectives set by the company and its department. · Conduct internal audits of our quality management system. · Participate in establishing the audit strategy, as well as future certifications within their area, together with their team. Controlling and Reorganizing Processes · Control and monitor previously planned and implemented processes within their area. · Monitor and supervise progress of Work Orders (O.P.), objectives, and costs according to budgeted amounts and established timelines: Identify problems and deficiencies, ensuring all necessary corrective actions are taken. · Conduct weekly verifications with personnel, providing follow-up on each activity outlined in the Master Operations Plan. · Foster awareness among team members so that each becomes a self-controller of their own performance, with the supervisor subsequently acting as a coordinator of all established objectives.
