Practical problem-solving focus and adaptability. **PRODUCT DESIGNER** Overview: Responsible for translating business needs, stakeholder requirements, and industry knowledge into clear, structured, and viable product solutions within the company. This role serves as a key bridge between industry experts, customers, and the technology team, ensuring that product initiatives align with the company’s strategic vision and deliver real value to users. Through analytical and systemic thinking, this position focuses on defining solution proposals, structuring ideas, and designing concepts using flows, wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to facilitate decision-making and proper execution by product and development teams. The role requires the ability to understand complex problems, anticipate impacts across multiple systems, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment. Its primary focus is on generating and defining solutions, rather than technical implementation or final visual design. Technical Competencies − Ability to analyze complex problems and propose structured and viable solutions. − Skill in creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and process diagrams. − Ability to understand and integrate multiple systems into solutions. − Skill in mapping, evaluating, and optimizing processes. − Ability to translate business needs into concrete product proposals. − General knowledge of software development and its technical constraints. − Experience working with agile methodologies and design thinking. − Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma. − Ability to document solutions and processes clearly and systematically.
